Marie Schumann

出生於德國奧芬巴赫，目前定居於瑞士蘇黎世。身處於多樣化網絡中的她，將織品融合了對現代社會的暗喻，利用柔軟的材料與含有文化意義的編織技術探索人性，創作出帶有矛盾感的新穎效果，並透過不同的展示方式遊走於空間。

Born in Offenbach and currently based in Zurich, she operates within a diverse and interconnected network. Integrating textiles with metaphors drawn from contemporary society, she explores human nature through soft materials and culturally embedded weaving techniques. Her work reveals a sense of contradiction, creating novel expressions that move fluidly through space via varied modes of presentation.
